Our physiotherapy approach
We start by understanding your injury, your pain, and your goals. From there, we build a treatment plan that fits your life, combining hands-on care with exercises you can do at home, and we adjust it as you progress.
Your physiotherapist will assess your injury, movement, and pain, then explain your treatment plan and start your first treatment.
Most sessions last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your treatment plan and needs.
No referral is needed to book physiotherapy in Ontario, but some insurance plans require one for coverage. Check your plan.
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy, and car accident and work injury claims may also be covered. Contact us to confirm your coverage.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that lets you move easily and gives access to the area being treated.
